We treat all client information, strategies, and data with the highest level of confidentiality. We sign comprehensive NDAs prior to any substantive discussion.
Our proposals clearly define scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. We prefer outcome-linked commercial models wherever appropriate.
Frameworks and methodologies developed during an engagement become client property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Our pre-existing IP remains ours.
We operate with complete independence and will decline or exit engagements where we cannot deliver objective, high-integrity advice.
